Healthy Life - Golden Rules

Have a breakfast like a king, lunch like a common man and dinner like a pauper (Beggar).
Frequent small meals instead of three large meals.
Be a nibbler, don't starve yourself during the day only to overeat at night.
As age advances, eat less and increase your activity.
Avoid food with excess salt content and preservatives like pickles, chutneys and papads.
Make salad a habit.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid preserved food, tinned food, junk food etc.
2 - 3 litres of water to be consumed per day.
Walk for half an hour; at least 5 days during the week.

The department of surgery at JEEVAN ANMOL HOSPITAL provides proficient surgical treatment using open and laparoscopic techniques and procedures that offer minimal pain, minimal scarring, shorter hospital stay, faster recovery time and good results.

The hospital has two modular operating rooms fully equipped with all facilities.

All minor operations, emergency surgeries, minimal invasive and complex surgeries are being done with best possible clinical outcomes. Emergency surgeries including road traffic injuries, stab injuries etc. are attended by team of surgeons round the clock

Morning and evening OPD held in the Hospital with timings : 9.:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M. during the day and 5:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M in the evening. However emergencies are handled round the clock.

The department deals with various types of preventive health checks and believes in “Prevention is better than Cure”.

The medicine department provides support to a wide range of services such as critical care, surgery, Gynae and Obstetrics and many other major departments.
